DIM-plus is a cruciferous vegetable supplement that contains diindolylmethane, a phytonutrient found in broccoli, Brussels sprouts, cabbage, cauliflower, and kale. Diindolylmethane has special properties that help enzymes that help in oestrogen metabolism. According to studies, diindolylmethane raises the level of “favourable” estrogens (2-hydroxyestrogen) while lowering the level of “unfavourable” estrogens (2-hydroxyestrogen) (16-hydroxyestrogen).
