Lotus Baking Powder is gluten free, vegan and non GMO. It will increase the volume, while lightening the texture of baked goods. It can be used as a yeast substitute to reduce fermentation flavours.

This baking powder does not have any added aluminium or sodium aluminium sulphate or sodium aluminium phosphate. It also contains no starches but instead uses calcium carbonate.
