Serrapeptase (serratiopeptidase) is a protein-digesting enzyme identified from the Japanese silkworm-friendly bacteria Serratia E-15. Nattokinase is developed from “natto,” a fermented soy dish that has been popular in Japan for millennia. This nattokinase is vitamin K-free.
