- For childrenย 1 – 3 years: take 1 capsule per day or as directed by a healthcare professional. Twist or snip off tail or pierce capsule and add to food, drinks or serve on a spoon.
- 4 – 8 years: Chew 1 capsule per day
- 9 – 13 years: Chew 2 capsules per day
- 14+ years: Chew 3 capsules per day.
