Description
Our corn meal, like many of our corn products, is made from the highest quality yellow corn. Unlike degeminated cornmeal, our corn meal contains the vital nutrients of the corn germ and endosperm, with zero saturated fat. Add it to your favorite polenta pizza crust recipe or dust it on a baking sheet to prevent sticking. Note: this meal is finer than our more coarsely ground polenta/grits.
